Terms of Service
These terms govern all cooperative services between Xuzhou Xuanhe Information Technology Co., Ltd. and customers, including UI visual design, UX user experience planning, customized website construction, APP interface development, digital product full-case design and all related technical consulting services.
Our service philosophy: Break the cognition that “design only focuses on appearance”, balance aesthetic texture and practical functions, optimize every interaction detail centered on users, reduce user usage costs, improve brand favorability and user retention rate, and inject lasting motivation into brand digital transformation with professional UI/UX design.
Service Content & Rights Obligations
We provide professional full-link UI/UX customized design and development services in accordance with the signed cooperation agreement, strictly follow user-centered interaction logic and brand aesthetic standards, and deliver qualified website, APP and digital product design results on schedule. Customers shall timely cooperate with demand confirmation, draft review and project node feedback to ensure the smooth progress of the whole design cycle.
Intellectual Property Agreement
All UI/UX design manuscripts, interactive prototypes, website pages, APP interface schemes created for customers belong to the exclusive intellectual property rights of the customer after full payment and delivery. Without the owner’s authorization, we will not reuse, display or transfer the exclusive customized design works to any other third-party enterprises.
Service Process Specification
The whole project follows standard UX closed-loop process: demand research → interactive prototype planning → UI visual design → scheme revision adjustment → development docking guidance → online launch maintenance → later experience iteration optimization. All links comply with industry professional service specifications.
Disclaimer & Agreement Termination
Both parties shall perform their obligations in accordance with the contract. If the project cannot proceed normally due to force majeure factors, both parties can negotiate to terminate the service agreement peacefully. We will not be liable for product operation losses caused by non-design quality factors such as customer’s later private modification of website & APP codes.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from service cooperation shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit it to the local people’s court where the company is located for handling.
